For Heritage Plumbing’s residential customers that get us to supply and install a mechanical fixture worth over $500, Heritage Plumbing will come back and check the plumbing on them free of charge at regular intervals for THREE (3) years and provide you with a comprehensive condition report, we call this Customer Care*.

For commercial customers we offer the same service, but the period of included Customer Care is 12 months, with the option to extend this with a maintenance agreement.

Also Heritage Plumbing provides all “Customers” with a login to our Online Customer Portal, so they can check work orders, quotes, invoices, service agreements and even have a look at the warranty cards for items purchased, all with your own unique and secure username and password.

Why do Heritage Plumbing offer this service and other plumbers don’t?

Because we have had over a decade of experience providing specialist plumbing maintenance services to residential, commercial and industrial clients. And we have seen the same reasons time and time again cause what were small issues turn into major overhauls, rebuilds and replacements of equipment, cupboards, floors and ceilings.

Studies have shown for every $1 spent on preventative maintenance you can save approximately 12% compared to reactive maintenance. And with every $1 spent on predictive maintenance you can save approximately a further 18% compared to preventative maintenance. If you live out of town you’ve probably heard all the stories under the sun from tradesmen that won’t come and do work or even quote a job. At Heritage Plumbing Albury Wodongawe like to think we work with a little more forethought than – its simply too hard or too far.

We like to think we make it clear and easy for you to know how we work, so we aren’t wasting your time.

Heritage Plumbing is based in Albury Wodonga and provides plumbing services to the surrounding towns and regions. We offer the first 30 minutes of round trip travel for free, so if you live within 15 mins from Albury Wodonga, making a 30 minute round trip – guess what, no charge. For each additional 15 minutes or part thereof of travel we charge a flat rate of $15.

When we quote jobs we do not charge for the call out or for the quote, but if we need to travel outside of this area (within 15 minutes from Albury Wodonga or a 30 minute round trip) we will charge for the travel time. We thought long and hard about this policy because we feel it is better to state this from the outset, rather than just exclude offering services to Albury Wodonga’s outlying towns and regions.

By applying this policy it means we don’t have a reason to not come, which may sound simplistic, but it allows our business to operate efficiently while still providing the best service to our customers in regional areas. This policy also allows us to then apply the same first class level of service to our regional customers as we do to our city dwelling counterparts.
